Scavenging Guide
Scavenging is our Website-exclusive mechanic that let's you search for usable items once a day. This is a guide of how to set up your scavenging team, how to scavenge and how to use a scavenging item. For a general overview of scavenging, you can look here.
Setting your Scavenging Team
In order to scavenge, you must first assign some of your Afamiliars to your scavenging team. You can assign 1-3 Afamiliars to your scavenging team, with every Afam getting a separate chance to find an item every day. Your team can be updated as often as you need, but generally it is worth trying to use the ones with the highest luck.
You can set your scavenging team using this options at the bottom of your afamiliars.site profile setting page!

How to Scavenge
Once you have set your scavenging team, it's time to scavenge!
1. Go to the scavenging section of the afamiliars.site website! This can be found in the navigation links at the top of the 'Gear' page, or via this link.

2. Choose which region you wish to scavenge in! Each region has a different 'pool' of items that can be found there, which can be seen by clicking on the different sections.

3. Once you have selected your region, click on 'Scavenge'! Your afams will scavenge in the order you set them via the 'Change Team' menu, and you can choose different regions for each afam if you like.

How to apply Scavenging Items
Before making any order make sure to check the Artist's Trello! You may have to wait to make an order
Now that your team has come back with a variety of useful goodies, it's time to use them! This will explain how to apply the items found in scavenging and from trading with Sam.
1. Make sure the artist you're requesting a Scavenging Item Update from has a slot available by checking the Trello found HERE, or ask to be added to the ping queue if there is one listed. This kind of order requires an RRR Slot .
This artist has a ping queue, and you can only submit an order once you have been pinged!
This artist has a max of 3 slots, if there is a free slot you can submit your order!
2. If there is a slot available, or you have been pinged that it is your turn to submit an order, find the Scavenging Item Application Form below. Fill this out, making sure to ping the correct artist, and post it in the #afam-orders-here channel in the Discord. Once this is done and the artist sees it, your order will be added to their Trello.

3. Go to your Inventory. Using the 'Action' menu, 'use' all the items you are applying.
4. When your Afamiliar is newly customized, it will be delivered in the #afam-deliveries channel in our Discord!
